How do I choose the right carrier size for my pet?
Every carrier on our site lists recommended pet weight ranges and size dimensions on its product page. As a general rule, your pet should be able to sit, stand, and turn around comfortably inside. When your pet is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. If you're still unsure, send us your pet's weight and measurements and we'll help you pick.
How do I measure my dog for a harness?
Use a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs, and around the base of the neck. Compare those measurements to the size chart on the TrailPro No-Pull Reflective Dog Harness product page. The harness should sit snug but let you slide two fingers underneath the straps.
Are the products easy to clean?
Yes. Most of our gear is designed with real life in mind: the car seat cover wipes clean, the paw cleaner cup rinses out in seconds, and the silicone treat pouch and water bottle are easy to wash. Check each product page for specific care instructions.
Is the LED collar safe for everyday use?

Do the car products work with any vehicle?
Our seat belt tethers click into standard vehicle seatbelt buckles, the console seat straps onto standard center armrests, and the seat cover fits most benches and bucket seats. Each product page lists the fit details so you can confirm before ordering.
